Leading Manufacturing Group has a totally self-contained fabrication facility in Vermilion, Alberta that allow us to build tanks up to 23' 6" diameter and around 40' tall in a quality controlled indoor environment. With several overhead cranes between 5 and 20 tons, and 50' under the hook, there is not much that we can’t handle indoors. With yard cranes having individual capacities up to 100 tons, there isn’t much that can be moved down the highway that we can’t handle in our yard, if the shop proves not to be large enough.
In addition to the fabrication capabilities, LMG operates a finishing shop in Vermilion. With a 50' by 50' blast bay, a 55' by 75' finishing bay, and 25' wide doors, handling the large shop-built storage tanks is a breeze. By recycling the blast medium, avoiding silica blast products, and putting in a concerted effort to utilize 100% solids and low VOC coatings whenever possible, LMG is determined to minimize our environmental footprint. Small parts sales are coordinated out of our Vermilion facility, where our inventory levels are the strongest.
On top of all that, the Vermilion facility also has offices that are home to administrative staff, QC and safety personnel, as well as regional sales representation.
